Line up for This is hardcore 2019

As you know just plain filthy is all about the hardcore and metal community and last year we posted about the bands involved with 2018. But it's that time of year again and the full line-up has officially been announced for This Is Hardcore 2019, which is set to take place on July 26, 27, and 28 at Franklin Music Hall in Philadelphia, PA.
